I ordered it online and just picked it up at my local store the next day. Not sure if they were short-staffed or what, but the line took longer than I expected. Once I got to the counter, though, the staff found my order quickly. Overall it was still a good experience and saved me from wandering around the store trying to find it.

The search worked like it should, and the filters helped a lot so I wasn’t just scrolling endlessly... Checkout was simple too, with no weird extra steps or confusing pages. I also liked that the photos loaded quickly and the prices were easy to see. Overall it was a smooth experience, and I’d definitely use it again.

"Return was fine, but I got a little nervous after paying"
I ordered a throw blanket from homegoods.com, but the color looked different once it showed up in person, so I ended up returning it. The return process itself was easy enough, and my refund came through in about a week. I will say, after I’d already paid, I got a little uneasy when the return label didn’t show up in my email right away. It eventually came through, but that delay made me question things for a bit. I was a little annoyed when the box showed up dented, and for a second I was worried the stuff inside might be damaged. But once I opened it up, I felt relieved because everything was totally fine. Not the best first impression, but it worked out in the end.

I’ve ordered from HomeGoods a few times now, and I’d say I’m mostly happy with what I’ve gotten. The towels are really soft and held up fine after washing, which was a nice surprise. I also picked up a couple of kitchen items that feel sturdy and not as cheap as I expected for the price. That said, one bowl did come with a tiny mark on it, so it wasn’t totally perfect. It didn’t bother me enough to return it, but I did notice it. Overall, the prices are good and the quality has been better than expected, so I’d probably buy from them again

"Decent Finds, But You Have to Be Patient"
I like browsing homegoods for random home stuff, and sometimes I do find cute things at a good price. But the prices are hit or miss. Some items feel like a deal, while others cost about the same as anywhere else, and once shipping gets added, it can feel less worth it. I keep checking because there are good finds here and there, but it definitely feels like you’re being forced to be patient and dig around to actually find a bargain

"Helpful staff, good trip overall"
I stopped in to grab a few kitchen things and, i think I got a little turned around because the store was busy. One of the employees noticed I looked a bit lost and pointed me to the right aisle, then even checked in the back for another color, which was really nice. Checkout was quick too, from what I remember. I’d probably give it 4 stars just because a few shelves were kind of messy, but the staff made the experience a lot better.

I ordered a few things from HomeGoods, and the items were fine once they finally showed up. The frustrating part was the tracking. It sat on “preparing” for what felt like forever, and then all of a sudden it changed to shipped with barely any updates in between. I kept checking because I had no idea what was going on, and it kind of felt like I was just left in the dark. The package did arrive close to the estimated date, so it wasn’t a huge issue, but I really wish the tracking had been clearer and updated more often. Overall it was okay, just not the smoothest experience.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size basket and messaged them right away to cancel. I thought it might turn into a whole thing, but... customer service replied quickly and caught it before it shipped. The refund showed up after a couple days too. Way easier than I expected, no hassle at all.

"Pretty good finds if you check in often"
I’ve had good luck finding deals on HomeGoods, mostly for kitchen stuff and little decor pieces. The good items do seem to disappear kinda fast, so I end up checking back here and there. Prices were better than I thought, though shipping can bump it up a bit and make it feel like less of a steal sometimes. Still, I’m happy with what I ordered and I’d shop there again.
